They specialize in creating tailor-made journeys that celebrate Africa’s beauty and diversity, ensuring travelers experience not just the sights, but the people, traditions, and stories behind every destination.
Their strong network of trusted local partners (developed over a period spanning over 20 years) allowing them to provide personalized service and seamless logistics, making each trip meaningful and memorable.
Accordng to the CEO of Destination Connect, “The 21st Akwaaba Expo was a truly rewarding experience. It offered us a fantastic platform to network with key stakeholders in Africa’s tourism industry, exchange ideas, and showcase the richness of Kenya and our regional offerings. We appreciated the professionalism and hospitality of the Akwaaba team, as well as the platform it provided to strengthen collaborations across the continent’s tourism sector”.
Destination Connect has enthusiastically embraced this growing interest by developing unique packages that encourage Africans to explore the remarkable attractions across the continent. From breathtaking natural landscapes to diverse cultural experiences.
To make travel within Africa easier and more appealing, they are also expanding our product range to include regional multi-country tours that allow travelers especially groups to visit several destinations at once in a safe, affordable, and well-coordinated manner. These tours combine adventure, culture, and relaxation, showcasing destinations such as Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda through experiences like wellness retreats, luxury bush-to-beach safaris, and adventure expeditions. Their goal is to strengthen the spirit of “Travel Africa” and make exploring the continent a seamless experience.
Over the next year, Destination Connect will focus on broadening their travel experiences to cover more themed journey including wellness, cultural heritage, and adventure tourism while enhancing collaborations with both regional and international partners. they will also continue to champion sustainable and responsible travel practices to ensure that tourism positively impacts local communities and preserves Africa’s natural and cultural treasures for future generations.
Destination Connect have a strong desire to as well diversify their product. From the current Urban and Beach tourism that is mainly offered to their Nigerian clientele, they hope to rope in some quick escapes from the City of Nairobi to experience the Great Rift valley (for great picture opportunities) and some of its’ 7 Lakes, which team with plenty of wildlife.
The Great Rift Valley is geologic phenomena, which divides Kenya neatly down the length of the country essentially separating east from west. The quick out of City escapes will also give our clients an opportunity to experience the Equator (which splits the globe into the northern and southern hemisphere). Not to be left out will be a peak at Africa’s second highest Mountain – Mount Kenya.
Many of their clients have had an experience of day game drives In or National Parks. they also propose to offer Night game drives at some of the signature Wildlife conservancies around Nairobi.
As their world continues to transform into one big globe, they will also be rolling out Road trips covering the collaborating East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda. This will not only add value to their clients travel history, but also expose them to the abundant diversity in the tourist attractions found within these three East African Countries.
